For printed images, the resolution is 300 dpi. If your file or document is 72 dpi which made for the web, you can not simply increase the resolution to a higher DPI. The final result of the image will still be blurry. The best way to avoid this problem, your document size has to be 300 DPI for perfect final print results.

All color mode must be in CMYK. If files are submitted in RGB, there will be a color shift or colors dropping out, however Gold Image Printing will always try its best to check your file and fix them accordingly.

Turnaround time begins once you have approved the final hard copy proof or a PDF proof. However if we are unable to print your files because they do not confirm to Gold image’s file requirements, your job status will be put “On Hold” and your turnaround time will be reset.
