Q: What is Ultra Board?
A: UltraBoard is a very strong board made out of foam in the middle and polystyrene on the outer layers. Foam board uses paper on the outer layers. UltraBoard is more of a permanent solution for display and signs.

Q: Will the Ultra board signs bend?
A: Yes, it does have a slight bend specially on the larger sizes.

Q: Can I get any thickness I was on the UltraBoards?
A: UltraBoards are avaiable in 4 thicknesses: 3/16", 1/2", 3/4" and 1"
Q: What is the difference in UltraBoard and GatorBoard?
A: They are quite similar and different at the same time. The Major difference is UltraBoard uses plastic on the surface and GatorBoard uses wood fibers on the surface. UltraBoard bends slightly but the Gatorboard is rigid. However the Gatorboard has a faster breaking point which makes the UltraBoard a strong substrate.
Q: Do you only offer UltraBoard in white or is there any other colors available?
A: UltraBoard Classic comes in different combination. Can be white on outside and black in the middle or all black. There are also other brands of UltraBoard such as aluminum surfaces. If you have a custom project and interested in this substrate please hollar: Quotes@goldimageprinting.com

Q: Can you cut any shape on your UltraBoard?
A: Yes, we can cut to any shape. We can even cut out a name although they will be packed indivuidually. Be sure to select Custom shape on your order. You must upload the shape file in vector format. This can also be done in a layer format on illustrator.

Q: Can you print 2 sided on your UltraBoards?
A: Of course, just select Front and Back on the Color option.

Q: How long do UltraBoards signs last?
A: They are rated as a permanent indoor signage and can last up to 10 years depending on your care.

Q: How do you print on the UltraBoard?
A: We directly print on the UltraBoard in full color with our UV ink technology, we are even capable of printing with white ink or clear gloss. In case you want to get fancy shmancy.

Q: Can you do your famous foil stamping or embossing?
A: No, unfortunately as much as we would love to foil on everything, the UltraBoards are not possible. Try another product, you never know.
