Overview

Corrugated plastic signs, also known as coroplast yard signs, are one of the most widely used options for outdoor signage. Made from a lightweight fluted plastic material, they are affordable, weather resistant, and quick to produce, which is why they are commonly used for real estate, construction sites, political campaigns, and retail promotions.

We print directly onto the corrugated plastic surface using full color UV ink. Colors are sharp, consistent, and hold up well outdoors with proper care. Signs are available single sided or double sided depending on how they will be displayed.

The standard material is 4mm corrugated white plastic. For applications that require more rigidity or longer use, thicker options are available via custom quote.

What is Coroplast?

Coroplast is a brand name for corrugated plastic sheet, similar to how Styrofoam refers to expanded polystyrene. It is also commonly referred to as corrugated plastic signs, corrugated yard signs, fluted plastic signs, or corrugated polypropylene signs. All of these terms refer to the same lightweight sign material.

Use Cases

Where Corrugated Plastic Signs Are Used

Corrugated plastic signs, also known as coroplast yard signs, are one of the most versatile outdoor sign formats available. They are lightweight, affordable, and easy to install, making them a reliable choice across a wide range of industries and applications.

Real Estate

Open house signs, for sale signs, directional arrows, and new listing announcements. Yard signs are the standard for real estate signage. The 18" x 24" size fits most frames and A-frames, and wire stakes make them easy to install and remove between showings.

Political Campaigns

One of the most widely used tools in political campaigns. Yard signs provide high visibility and can be produced in large quantities at a low cost per sign. Custom colors are available to match campaign branding.

Events and Promotions

Directional signs, sponsor signage, parking signs, and entrance markers for outdoor events. Lightweight and easy to transport in bulk, they can be installed quickly and removed just as easily.

Construction and Development Sites

Project signs, contractor identification, safety notices, and site advertising on fences. Larger sizes like 24" x 36" provide strong visibility for passing traffic.

Retail and Business Promotions

Grand opening signs, sale announcements, sidewalk directionals, and temporary promotions. Yard signs can also be used in A-frame holders for a more polished display.

Community and Nonprofit

School events, fundraisers, garage sales, and community announcements. Affordable enough to order in quantity and distribute across multiple locations.

Aluminum H-Stakes

H-stakes are the standard mounting option for corrugated plastic signs. The H-shaped wire frame slides into the fluted channels along the bottom of the sign, allowing for fast installation with no tools required.
Simply push the stake into the ground and the sign is ready to display in seconds. H-stakes are available as an add-on at checkout.
H-stakes work best in soft ground such as grass, dirt, and soil. For hard or paved surfaces, consider using an A-frame or weighted base instead.
Best for: Yard signs, real estate signs, political campaign signs, and event directional signage

Grommets

Grommets are metal rings installed into the board to allow hanging with rope, wire, or zip ties. Select standard grommets at checkout and they will be placed along the top edge of your sign.
Best for: Construction fence signs, event displays, and hanging outdoor signage

A-Frames

Corrugated plastic signs fit standard A-frame sign holders. If you plan to use your sign in an A-frame, H-stakes are not required.
We offer a range of A-frames and sign stands separately. Contact us if you need help selecting the right option for your sign size.
Best for: Sidewalk advertising, restaurant signage, retail entrances, and event check-in
